The Inflection Point
For years, Command Purpose has been built on a foundation of volunteer excellence. Our dedicated team has poured thousands of hours into proving this model, but the demand for our base camp now vastly exceeds our volunteer capacity. We cannot support a national scale alone.
To move from volunteer excellence to institutional permanence, we are launching The $1M Initiative. We are actively raising $1 million to transition to paid executive leadership, responsibly expand to four flagship cohorts annually, and lay the foundation for a permanent charitable trust.
Fund the Mission. Leave a Legacy.

$1,000 | Community Builder
Directly supports one woman through our Core Program Experience, ensuring she has the community and resources she needs to begin reclaiming her identity.

$5,000 | Program Champion
Fully sponsors one woman’s participation in a Flagship Cohort. This funds her curriculum, expert facilitation, and immersive retreat experience.

$25,000 | Cohort Catalyst
Funds the launch of an entire Flagship Cohort. You become the catalyst that provides a dedicated, safe space for a new group of women veterans.

$100,000+ | Founding Steward
Contributes directly to the Command Purpose Charitable Trust. Founding Stewards are our institutional bedrock, securing the long-term future and national expansion of our organization.
The Charitable Trust
We are building an institution. Our long-term financial strategy centers on establishing a permanent Charitable Trust. Our target is to build a $20-25M trust over the next 12 years.
To begin this journey, we are actively securing an anchor trust of $8-12M over the next 3 years. This permanent funding source will eventually sustain all annual operating costs, ensuring our mission outlasts us.
Vision 2030
The Charitable Trust fuels Vision 2030. By the end of the decade, Command Purpose will scale from a regional center of gravity to a nationally recognized ecosystem.
We will operate across multiple regions, serving thousands of women veterans annually. Our vision is to be recognized as the premier, identity-focused organization for women leaders transitioning out of the military…ensuring their leadership is never lost to the civilian world.
