Shifting Away from "Transitioning," to "Reclaiming Identity"
The military provides purpose, direction, and a profound sense of belonging. When women leave the service, the standard “transition” ecosystem is incredibly effective at helping them draft resumes and secure healthcare.
But transition is logistical, and identity is psychological.
At Command Purpose, we focus on identity. We provide the intentionally designed spaces and frameworks they need to rebuild their identity and command their post-military purpose.
Our Program Structure

The Cohort
A small, intentionally designed group of women veterans. We curate these groups meticulously to ensure the highest levels of trust, psychological safety, and depth of connection.

The Flagship Program
Our primary offering. This is an intensive three-month experience consisting of expert-guided virtual workshops and a culminating, immersive in-person retreat.

The Core Program Experience
The full arc of a woman’s participation. This includes her completion of the Flagship Program, followed by lifetime access to our specialized alumni community and ongoing mentorship.
The Flagship Journey

Phase I: Connect (Virtual)
Workshop I: The journey begins by looking inward. Over this virtual session, participants retrace their steps, connect deeply with their personal core values, share their stories, and build foundational trust with their cohort circle.

Phase II: Align (Virtual)
Workshop II: With a clear understanding of their values, participants begin to look forward. This virtual session focuses on identifying unique individual strengths and aligning them closely with a new, post-military vision.

Phase III: Embody (In-Person Retreat)
Workshop III: The culmination of the Flagship Program. Cohorts meet entirely in person for an immersive retreat. This space is designed to help participants physically and mentally embody their new purpose so they can create a lasting impact in the civilian world.
