About Us
Erringer and Cadie came up with the idea to launch The Command Purpose Foundation out of their own need for support during professional and personal transitions.
On paper, both appeared to have successfully transitioned from one stage in life to another even better opportunity, but together, they realized that a successful external change doesn’t mean a fulfilling internal transition. They knew other women suffered from the same sense of groundlessness and created The Command Purpose Foundation as a trusted community through which veteran women and allies can experience life transitions in a supportive space of growth and resilience.
